Skillerjobs is a European HR tech platform that helps employers attract higher-quality candidates through automated recruitment advertising, AI-supported targeting, and applicant management, while assisting candidates to find more relevant opportunities through prompting and preference-led matching.
I brought the AI recruitment platform to life while guiding the founding team through discovery, validation, and design.
Skillerjobs enrolled me to turn an ambitious AI proposition into a coherent digital product, starting with an employer‑facing platform and a jobseeker dashboard. I started the project from scratch: clarifying the value proposition, structuring journeys for both audiences, and designing an interface that makes automated, AI‑supported recruitment feel clear, valuable and trustworthy.
