Techrelate is an experienced IT company based in North-London, offering a wide range of services to help businesses and people get the best out of their technology. Working with businesses of all sizes and infrastructure across the UK, they tailor solutions to meet individual needs.
UX Design, UI and Front-End for the responsive Wordpress site and blog of a British IT Solutions firm.
The new design addressed performance issues that Techrelate were having at the time. I led the design and managed the project end-to-end, facilitating workshops with the business, enlisting a back-end developper, and collaborating with the client's SEO/Digital Marketing specialist when needed. I freshened up the brand style and applied UX best practices to accommodate our new content strategy and to modernise the site. I also handed over and created training material, in the form of instructional videos, for their newly-hired content manager.
