I designed an AI powered benchmarking integration for PwC’s Concourse platform, enabling consulting teams to compare engagements against benchmarks directly within their workflow.

My role focused on UX, Information Architecture, User Research and testing, iterative prototyping and UI Design. The solution made benchmarking faster, more contextual, and easier to use in consultants' day-to-day delivery.

As Senior Product Designer: I prototyped ideas, new features and improved functionalities for the tool. Defining UX and final UI assets for each two-week sprint, I collaborated with Product Managers, Developers, QA's, Tech Lead, Scrum Master and AI/Database subject matter experts.

I also encouraged and led the first round of usability tests and user interviews which set a precedent for continuous Discovery and evidence-based future product decisions.

The Company: PwC is the second-largest professional services network in the world and is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. PwC provides outstanding corporate finance accounting services such as: audit, tax analysis, business compliances, corporate finance, risk management, security and others that are on par with the latest in the financial industry.
